Volunteer Opportunities
Parents! We need your help! It takes a lot of work to make
the band program successful. There are many tasks that require
only a couple of hours of your time but add to the success of the
band program.
CURRENT NEEDS
On Saturday, March 15, 2008, the FHS Band Boosters will be cooking
and serving concessions at the Kid's Expo to be held at the Castine
Center. The event is from 10:00AM to 4:00PM but we will be setting
up on Friday and starting around 9:00AM on Saturday. We will also
need to clean up our area afterwards. Please contact Sallie

help.
FUTURE NEEDS
Jazzfest 2008 - Jazzfest 2007 was the first time
that the FHS Boosters worked Jazzfest as a fundraising activity.
It was a lot of fun and a great success. Jazzfest 2008 will be
Friday, Saturday and Sunday on April 25, 26, 27 and May 2, 3, 4.
We especially need help on Fridays. There will be future meetings
to present information and to organize volunteers but reserve time now
for this important fund raiser.
