Band Expenses

BAND FEE - $300.00

The Band Fee includes expenses for the field show (music, costumes, props, hired staff), Band T-Shirt, dry cleaning of the uniforms, Band District and Festival fees, lanyard & dot book for band camp, and school bus transportation (charter bus expenses are additional).

 

You may make a single $300 payment by August 15th or split the fee into two payments.  Final payment due date is September 15th

 

This fee also covers the meals served to the band members before each game.  The meal consists of a sandwich (Subway, Quizznos, etc.), chips, cookie, & a drink.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Band Fees and Fundraising moneys DO NOT go toward Jazz Band expenses.  Jazz Band fundraisers are separate, and explicitly advertised as benefiting Jazz Ensemble One. Deficits are paid by the parents of the Jazz Band members. 

 

Also, the Colorguard incurs extra expenses; that amount is reflected in the additional Colorguard Fees paid by its members.

 

SUPPLIES (ordered during band camp)

Band Shoes    $35.00

Gloves            $3.00/pair (purchasing several pairs is highly recommended)

(Percussion does not need gloves and the Color Guard has a special order glove)
